Returns
- Custom items with camp name or personal name are final sale.
- Once a custom order is placed, you have 24 hours to cancel it.
- If there is an error made on our part, we will absolutely exchange your item, provide you with a refund, or work to solver the issue to your satisfaction.
- All artist-created items, such as "Favorite Things" designs cannot be re-made if you are unhappy. There are other "pre-designed" options to choose from if you think this may be an issue.
- To be eligible for any return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- We must hear from you within 2 weeks of when it was shipped out.
- All Sale items are Final Sale
As these items are almost always gifts for kids, please be aware that kids will be kids and can potentially break, damage, rip, scratch, etc what you buy for them. We are always reasonable with returns - we want you and your kids to have great stuff! If damage happens after it leaves Camprageous.com headquarters, we will work with you to replace it for a reasonable price. Additionally, after June 15th, if the item does not hold up at camp or at home, we cannot assume responsibility.
