How does Camprageous.com work?
When will you receive your order?
All orders are received instantly at Camprageous.com headquarters and will be processed and distributed to our talented vendors within just a few days. If you are ordering in-stock items, they will ship out within 2-5 business days if they are individually ordered. If your order is, or contains custom item (whether a camp/school, name, etc), the normal turn-around is approximately 4-6 weeks, even 8 weeks at the busiest times. As these items are all handled by individual artists, please allow extra time during the holidays (no less than 6-8 weeks out from the date you need it).
What we have learned over the years is that it's so hard for our customers - and their kids - to wait. We wish we could speed up the turn-around process, but every piece is custom-made by hand, and there are quite a few pieces being made at any given time.
Please note: At Camprageous.com we cannot ever guarantee an item by a specific date. We try our best, but since we do not personally make any of the products, we cannot speed up the individuals doing the work. We also cannot control the mail.
How is shipping calculated?
Camprageous Gifts ships using USPS Priority, First Class, or UPS for all packages and should arrive between 1-3 business days from when shipped. You will receive a notification and tracking once items ship. Shipping rates are calculated based on the total dollar amount of your order and where you live. We ship from Long Island, so the farther the distance and the larger the box, the higher the price (based on current UPS and USPS prices). For local customers, there is an option to pick up your order (Woodbury, Long Island, NY) for no charge.
If you would like to upgrade your shipping, you will have to email us to make arrangements. Credit Cards are not stored by the website, so we will need to collect that information again. You can email email@example.com and we will take care of this for you.
Camprageous.com charges sales tax in New York and New Jersey. All other states are currently tax-exempt.
How can I get a coupon code for 10% off?
Sign up for the newsletter to receive 10% off of your order. We will send out periodic emails with featured products, sale items and even more coupon codes.
Only one coupon code can be used per order, and are entered on the checkout page.
What is your return policy?
All custom items are final sale, 24 hours after your order is placed.
If there is an error in your order or if something arrives damaged, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide you our address and once we receive your item back, we will replace it for you.
What if there is a spelling/size/color error?
If WE make the mistake, we are happy to fix it for you. If YOU make an error while entering the information into the website, it will be your responsibility to cover the cost to fix or replace the item, including shipping.
