Important Information
- Custom pieces (anything with a camp or name) take approximately 4-6 weeks, but can take longer at the busiest times.
- No need to worry while you are waiting. The orders are out to the vendors and being created by hand, one at a time. You will not hear from us unless we have a question or if your order is ready (pick-up orders only).
- For orders that are shipping, you will receive an email with tracking when it ships.
- If you are picking up, we will text you when the order is ready with the address. Please use your cell phone number on your order, not a land line.
- If you would like for us to partially ship your order when pieces come in, the only way to do that is for you to pay shipping each time. You can email orders@camprageous.com and we will direct you on the process.
