The cutoff for 5/31 deliveries, give or take, is April 30th. If you need your order by a certain date, it must be written in the "notes" section so we can let you know right away if there are any timing issues. We cannot rush vendors, as we are all at the mercy of their supply chain. Penelope Wildberry orders take a solid 8 weeks and will delay your order. We recommend choosing a different option if possible.
